# Soporte

> Abre y gestiona tickets del servicio de ayuda desde la terminal

Los comandos de soporte envuelven la API `/v1/support/*`. Desde la terminal puedes listar tus tickets de soporte,
abrir un ticket nuevo, obtener los detalles de un ticket concreto y leer o publicar mensajes en el
hilo de un ticket.

> Todos los comandos aceptan las [opciones globales](/es/cli/overview.md#opciones-globales): `--json` (por defecto) /
> `--table`, `--verbose`, `--api-key <key>` y `--api-url <url>`. También puedes autenticarte con
> las variables de entorno `SOME_API_KEY` y `SOME_API_URL`.

## support:list-tickets

Lista tus tickets de soporte.

## support:create-ticket

Crea un ticket de soporte nuevo. Las opciones `--subject` y `--message` son obligatorias; `--priority`
es `MEDIUM` por defecto si se omite.

## support:get-ticket

Obtiene los detalles y el estado de un ticket de soporte.

## support:send-message

Publica un mensaje en el hilo de un ticket existente. La opción `--message` es obligatoria.

## support:list-messages

Lista todos los mensajes del hilo de un ticket.
