What you can add
You can add documents from several sources:- PDF — text is extracted from the file automatically.
- Image — described by AI vision and turned into a brand-context summary.
- Text files —
.txtand.jsonfiles are read directly. - Notes — typed brand notes with no file attached, ready to use immediately.
How it works
1
Add a document
Upload a file (PDF, image, or text file) or write a typed note. Files are added through media upload, while notes are saved directly.
2
Let it process
Each document is processed automatically. The status moves from pending to ready once processing finishes (typed notes are ready right away). If processing fails, the status shows failed.
3
Keep it active
Active, ready documents are automatically injected as brand context into AI caption generation — you don’t need to attach them per post.
4
Generate in the Composer
When you write a post with AI in the Composer, the AI draws on your active brand documents to match your voice and facts.
Managing documents
You stay in control of which documents the AI uses:- Reprocess — re-run extraction on a file-based document if it failed or you replaced the source.
- Deactivate — keep a document in your library without using it as AI context.
- Delete — remove a document from the workspace entirely.
Each workspace has a generous per-workspace limit on the number of documents, plus a separate limit on how many can be active at once. If you reach the active limit, deactivate a document before adding another.
