AI Studio is where you create visual content with AI. It has two tabs — AI Image and AI Video — for generating images from a prompt and short avatar (UGC) videos from a script.
AI Studio does not write captions. AI text and caption generation lives in the Composer — see Create a post. AI Studio is for visuals only.

Accessing AI Studio

Navigate to AI Studio from the sidebar, or go to so-me.studio/ai-studio. Use the tabs at the top to switch between AI Image and AI Video.

AI Image

Generate images from a text prompt. Results auto-save to your Media Library and generation runs in the background, so you can keep working while images are created.

How to generate images

Describe your image

Write a detailed prompt. For example: “Modern laptop on a minimalist desk with a plant and coffee cup, soft natural lighting”.

Choose a style

Pick a style: realistic, cinematic, cartoon, minimalist, or vintage. You can also leave it on Auto.

Set the aspect ratio

Choose dimensions for your platform: 1:1 (Square), 16:9 (Landscape), 9:16 (Portrait), or 4:5 (Social).

Choose how many to generate

Generate 1 to 4 images at once.

Generate

Click generate. Images are created in the background and saved to your Media Library automatically, ready to add to a post.

Tips for better AI images

  • Be specific about composition, lighting, and colors
  • Mention the style you want (photo-realistic, illustration, flat design)
  • Include the mood or emotion you want to convey
  • Specify what should NOT be in the image

AI Video

Generate short avatar (UGC) videos from a hook or script. Pick an avatar, write what they should say, and optionally add background music.

How to generate a video

Choose an avatar

Browse and select an avatar to present your video.

Write your hook

Enter the hook or script text for the avatar to deliver. AI can suggest hooks if you need a starting point.

Add background music (optional)

Pick a track to play behind the video, or leave it silent.

Generate

Click generate. Video creation runs in the background — you’ll be notified when it’s ready.
AI Video may be gated or shown as “Coming Soon” depending on your plan. See Billing for what’s included in each plan.

Credits

All AI generation — images and videos — consumes credits. Usage and limits depend on your plan. See AI credits for how credits work and Billing for plan allowances.

Generate visuals in AI Studio, then head to the Composer to write captions with AI and schedule everything together.
