Drafts let you save post ideas without scheduling them. Come back later to refine, add media, and schedule.

Creating a draft

Create a draft from the Posts page: click New draft to open the draft dialog, add your content, and save it. A draft can include:
  • Caption / text content
  • A description or notes
  • Media attachments (images, videos)
The post type (text, image, video, or multiple images) is detected automatically from the media you add. You choose the platform, account, and schedule later, when you convert the draft into a post.

Managing drafts

Drafts are listed alongside your scheduled and published posts at so-me.studio/posts — filter by Draft status to see only drafts, or find them in the Draft column in Board view.

Edit a draft

Use the Edit action on any draft to update its caption, description, or media.

Convert to post

When a draft is ready, use the Convert to post action. This opens the Create Post composer pre-filled with the draft’s content and media, where you choose the platform and account, finish the post, and schedule or publish it.

Delete drafts

Delete drafts you no longer need. Bulk delete is supported — select multiple drafts and delete them at once.
Drafts are a great way to batch content ideas. Spend time brainstorming drafts, then schedule them throughout the week.
