Accessing Posts
Navigate to Posts from the sidebar, or go to so-me.studio/posts.Views
Switch between three layouts using the toggle in the toolbar:- Card view — A masonry layout of post cards that packs short and media-rich posts efficiently. Each card shows the post’s content, account, and status, with its actions in the card menu.
- Board view — A Kanban board with one column per status: Draft, Pending Approval, Scheduled, Posted, Failed, and Rejected. Each post appears as a card in the column for its current status. You can reorder the columns by dragging, and your column order is saved to your preferences.
- Table view — A compact, sortable list for scanning captions, accounts, post types, statuses, dates, and media counts. Select one or more rows for bulk actions, or open the row menu for post-specific actions.
Filtering posts
Use the filters to find specific posts:
You can also search posts by keyword. In Board view, status is shown as columns rather than a filter.
Post actions
Each post card has a menu (the ”…” button) with the actions available for its status:Approval actions
If your workspace requires approval, posts move into a Pending Approval status before they publish. Workspace owners can review them directly from the Posts page:- Approve — Approve a post that is Pending Approval so it can be scheduled and published. An accompanying comment is optional.
- Reject — Reject a post that is Pending Approval. A rejection reason is required, and it is added to the post’s comment thread.
- Resubmit — The creator can resubmit a rejected post to send it back for another review.
Bulk actions
Select multiple posts to perform bulk operations:- Bulk delete — Remove multiple posts at once
Post details
Each card surfaces:- Content and media preview
- Platform and account info
- Scheduled date and current status
- The post’s comment thread (team feedback)
- Error details for failed posts, and account-expired or account-removed warnings
Post comments and team feedback
The post comment thread is where your team discusses a post and where approval feedback lives. When an owner rejects a post, the required reason is posted to this thread (marked as a rejection), so the creator can see what to fix before resubmitting. Anyone in the workspace can add comments to a post here.Approval statuses and the Approve / Reject actions only apply when your workspace requires post approval. See Approval workflow to set this up and learn the full process.
