The Media Library is your central hub for all images, videos, and files used in posts. Upload once, reuse across multiple posts.

Accessing the Media Library

Navigate to Media Library from the sidebar, or go to so-me.studio/media-library.

Uploading files

Click Upload to open the uploader, then add files by:
  • Drag and drop or browsing files from your device
  • Webcam or screen capture — record directly in the uploader
  • Remote sources — import from Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Photos, Unsplash, or a direct URL
  • From post creation — upload media while building a post; it’s automatically saved to the library

Supported formats

The library accepts images, videos, and PDF documents:
Each platform enforces its own media requirements (file size, dimensions, duration). The composer flags media that does not meet a target platform’s limits when you build a post.

Organizing files

Folders

Create folders to organize your media by campaign, client, or content type:
  • Create a folder — Click New Folder and give it a name
  • Move files — Drag files into a folder, or use the Move action
  • Nested folders — Create subfolders for deeper organization, and drag folders into one another to reorganize
  • Rename folders — Rename a folder at any time to keep your library tidy
  • Switch views — Toggle between grid and list layouts

Editing media

You can edit images in-browser, no external tools required.
  • Built-in image editor — While uploading, click the edit (pencil) icon on a queued image to crop, rotate, flip, and zoom before it’s saved.
  • Screenshot editor designs — Designs you create in the Composer Screenshot editor are saved to the Media Library automatically.
  • Generated templates — Graphics produced from Templates are saved here automatically so you can reuse them across posts.
Edited and generated media land in the Media Library like any other file, so you can organize them into folders and reuse them across posts.

Using media in posts

When creating a post, you can:
  1. Pick existing files from the media library
  2. Upload new files (automatically saved to the library)
  3. Use AI-generated images

Deleting files

Delete individual files or select multiple for bulk deletion.
Deleting a folder removes all files inside it. This cannot be undone.
