Metrics

WhatsApp analytics provides account-level insights, grouped into sections:

Section	Metrics
Messaging	Messages sent and delivered
Conversations	Total conversations and conversation cost
Pricing	Message volume and pricing cost
Calls	Total calls and average call duration
Templates	Templates sent, delivered, read, and clicked
Group templates	Group templates sent, delivered, read, clicked, and cost
Group messaging	Group messages sent, delivered, read, plus participants joined and left

Navigate to Analytics > WhatsApp from the sidebar to view your WhatsApp Business metrics.

WhatsApp analytics requires a connected WhatsApp Business account.
