The notification center is the bell in the top bar. It surfaces important account activity in real time so you never miss a published post, an approval request, a failed payment, or a quota limit.

Categories

Notifications are grouped into categories so you can scan and filter what matters:
  • Posts — published, scheduled, failed, retried, and deleted, plus drafts created or converted
  • Approvals — approval requested, approved, rejected, resubmitted, and review comments
  • Social accounts — connected, disconnected, token refreshed, and re-authentication required
  • Team — invitations sent or cancelled, members joining, leaving, or removed, permission changes, and organization renames
  • Billing — subscription started, plan changed, upgraded, downgraded, payment failed, cancellations, expirations, and referral bonus credits earned
  • Quota / limits — when you reach a plan limit
  • AI generation — image, video, and caption results, plus Knowledge Hub documents added or reprocessed
  • Biolink — page created, deleted, published, and unpublished
  • Media — Canva imports, composer renders and reels, and storage integrations connected or disconnected
  • MCP — MCP tool usage and credit consumption
  • Webhooks — created, updated, deleted, disabled, and re-enabled
  • API keys — created and revoked
  • WhatsApp — template created, deleted, and render status
  • Help — support tickets created, replies, assigned, closed, and reopened
  • Account — email verification, password changes, password resets, and profile updates
  • Admin — workspace created and deleted

Severity

Each notification carries a severity that signals how urgent it is:

Managing notifications

Open the bell to view recent notifications. Click one to jump to the related page. You can mark notifications as read individually or all at once, and archive any you no longer need. Older notifications are cleaned up automatically, so the list stays focused on recent activity.
Direct messages and comments do not appear in the bell. They live in the Inbox and are surfaced by the inbox icon, which keeps message signals separate from account notifications.
