Schedule your posts to go live at the perfect time for your audience. Social media studio handles the publishing automatically.

How scheduling works

Go to Posts from the sidebar to see all your posts filtered by status. Use the status filter to show only scheduled posts.

Open a scheduled post and change its date and time. You can also drag and drop posts to a new slot in the Calendar view.

To stop a scheduled post from going out, open it and edit the content or schedule, or delete it. Already-published posts can’t be unscheduled.

Status	Description
Draft	Post is saved but not scheduled
Scheduled	Post is scheduled for a future date
Posted	Post has been successfully published
Failed	Post failed to publish (can be retried)
Pending Approval	Post is waiting for team approval
Rejected	Post was rejected by a team approver

You can filter the Posts list by any of these statuses.

If a post fails to publish, it moves to the Failed status. You can:

Check your connected accounts if posts are consistently failing. The platform token may need to be refreshed.
